Women with insomnia needed for a sleep study
Women 45 years and older wanted for study on the sleep-wake cycle.
- Two periods of 2 weeks at home taking melatonin or placebo pills, completing questionnaires and wearing different devices.
- Two laboratory visits (~18 hours each)
Risks and discomforts: blood samples, frequent visits, melatonin or placebo administration, and overnight stays in our research centre
