The VIVA Mental Health Workshops are a training program aimed at providing KT skills to DRC students and researchers, covering the theoretical bases of KT, and the best practices for the creation of digital content for lay and professional audiences.
Main goal:
To provide training on how to design and implement a successful KT project using multi-media tools (e.g., videos, podcasts, infographics and animation).
Outcomes for each workshop participant:
- Knowledge Translation plan
- KT Digital products
- Certificate of training completion from the VIVA Mental Health Program
- Possibility to participate in VIVA Awards competition
- Promotion on DRC social network accounts
Schedule:
Each classes is 1.5 hrs and will be held via Zoom.
Programming for the 2022 Session will be announced soon, but workshops will begin on Oct. 17, 2022.

- Class 2: Use a KT template & create a KT Plan — October 19, 2022
- Class 3: Digital tools for KT — October 24, 2022
- Class 4: Making a KT video! Tips & tricks — October 26, 2022
- Class 5: Presentation of student projects — November 3, 2022
Individual training sessions will be offered in the VIVA Studio.
