Science Pop 2026 – Congratulations to the finalists

April 21, 2026

We are proud of the performances of our students, who delivered presentations of outstanding quality throughout this Science POP / Viva edition. Their scientific rigor, creativity, and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly highlighted the richness and diversity of the research projects presented.

We would also like to recognize Zoey Chapman, recipient of the Public’s Choice Award.

“With Science POP, science leaves the laboratories to circulate, to be explained and to reach the public. This third edition has, once again, revealed the richness of a committed new generation, capable of making its work accessible without sacrificing rigor. In the current context, fostering the link between science and society is a collective responsibility, and Science POP contributes remarkably in this regard. Congratulations to the IRCM team for this powerful and inspiring initiative.”

– Carole Jabet, Vice-president Research, Scientific direction, Fonds de recherche du Québec – Live Science Sector

Congratulations to all finalists for their remarkable work and for helping advance and showcase science.

We are already looking forward to the next edition of Science POP!
