The OLAOLA Award, which aims to promote students through their research projects and support equity and diversity at the Douglas Research Centre, is based on a peer-review process. Nominations are evaluated by a committee of postdocs and graduate students.
The objective here is to provide students with the experience of scientific review and also to give them the chance to be actively involved in having an equitable and diverse research centre.
