We are delighted to share that today, FRQS and Quebec’s health and social services ministry (MSSS) announced  that Drs. Srividya N. Iyer and Martin Goyette of ENAP will co-lead a 4.7M$  grant from FRQS for the provincial evaluation of Aire ouverte, a Quebec-wide integrated youth services initiative.
This 5-year, $4.7 million grant has been awarded by the Fonds de recherche du Québec – Santé (FRQS), the MSSS and the Graham Boeckh Foundation to lead the provincial evaluation of Aire ouverte, Quebec’s integrated youth service initiative which aims to improve accessibility and continuity of care for young people aged 12 to 25.
Martin Goyette (professor, ENAP, and  co-holder of the Chaire réseau de recherche sur la jeunesse du Québec) and Srividya Iyer (professor, Dept of Psychiatry at McGill University and researcher at the Douglas Research Centre) co-lead the project entitled ” Aire ouverte – La recherche évaluative en soutien à une amélioration continue des services offerts aux jeunes du Québec et à des organisations apprenantes”. The project aims to co-construct,  implement  and evaluate a learning health system for Aire ouverte. The research team includes all stakeholders across Quebec- including youth, families, researchers, clinicians, decision-makers, and community organizations – who will be involved throughout the process and ensure that results are relevant and shared effectively to inform practice and policy.
Congratulations, Dr. Iyer!
