Health Canada, through its Substance Use and Addictions Program (SUAP), has awarded funding to Dr. Michel Perreault from 2024 to 2028.
This funding from the SUAP should enable Michel Perreault to continue his work to improve the response to the needs of family and friends in the field of concurrent mental health and addiction disorders. The project will involve the implementation of cross-training and knowledge transfer activities in the different regions of Quebec, including the setting up of a panel of family and friends in partnership with the Confédération des associations de proches en santé mentale du Québec (CAP Santé mentale).
