The Society for Neuroscience (SfN) award the Nemko Prize in Cellular or Molecular Neuroscience to Lauren Mackenzie Reynolds, PhD, a former doctoral student in Cecilia Flores’ laboratory at the Douglas Research Center and McGill University.
The prestigious Nemko Prize recognizes a young neuroscientist for his or her PhD thesis that advances the understanding of molecular, genetic or cellular mechanisms underlying higher brain function and cognition. The Prize is awarded at the annual Society for Neuroscience Conference, which brings together neuroscientists from around the world.
