After a call for interest during which we received 7 applications, we are pleased to announce the new members joining the EDI committee.
They are:
- Dr. Cecilia Flores, Chair
- Dr. Diane Boivin, Co-Chair
- Dr. Mahsa Dadar, EDI Officer for Human neuroscience
- Barbara Barth, Trainee
As a result of Dr. Flores being nominated as Chair, a vacancy is created for the Basic Neuroscience EDI Officer. We will communicate with the division shortly to fill that position.
They are joining current members:
- Dr. Srividya Iyer, EDI Officer for Mental Health and Society
- Dr. Rachel Rabin, EDI Officer for Clinical Research
- Jamie Snytte, Trainee
- Dr. Katie Marie Lavigne, Trainee
In the next several months, they will be developing our first EDI Action Plan to address some of the issues raised by the survey results.
