Geneviève Sauvé’s research focus on mental health in youth and adults, occupational functioning, career counseling and artificial intelligence. She is the developer of the ‘Minds@Work’ program, a career counseling intervention aimed at improving job maintenance for people living with mental illness. She also specializes in literature reviews and meta-analyses investigating the efficacy of psychosocial interventions.

Geneviève Sauvé is an assistant professor in the department of education and pedagogy at the Université du Québec À Montréal (UQÀM) and a researcher at the Douglas Research Center. She holds a PhD in psychiatry from McGill University (2018) and a PsyD in clinical psychology from UQÀM (2021). She is a member of the Ordre des Psychologues du Québec (OPQ) and will soon become a member of the Ordre des conseillers et conseillères d’orientation du Québec (OCCOQ). Her clinical work has involved cognitive remediation therapy and cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy with various populations, including psychosis, obsessive-compulsive disorder, eating disorders, Tourette syndrome and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Her research interests currently focus on mental health and occupational functioning in various populations.
