Dr. Natalie Grizenko mène des études sur:
-La pharmacogénétique et la neuro-imagerie du TDAH (avec collaboration de Dr. Ridha Joober)
– L’éfficacité des interventions visant le TDAH (avec Dr.Lily Hechtman)
– Les facteurs de risque prénataux et postnataux de TDAH (y compris le stress maternel et le tabagiseme au cours de la grossesse et l’impact de complication prenataux et postnataux.)
– Recherche épigénétique en TDAH.
– L’éfficacité de l’hôpital de jour pour enfants.

Dr Natalie Grizenko, M.D. FRCPC, est clinicienne, chercheuse et professeure. Elle est chef-médciale du programme trouble grave du compertement et de clinique TDAH. De 2001 à 2015, Dr.Grizenko occupait le poste de chef médicale du Programme de pédopsychiatrie. À ce titre, elle veillait à l’intégration du triple mandat de recherche, d’enseignement et d’excellence clinique dans l’ensemble du programme. De 1991 à 2001, elle a participé activement à l’enseignement et à la recherche cliniques, assumant le rôle de coordonnatrice de la formation universitaire des 2e et 3e cycles en pédopsychiatrie à l’Institut Douglas. Elle était également codirectrice de l’axe de psychopathologie de l’enfant et de l’adolescent au Centre de recherche de l’Institut Douglas.

À titre de chercheuse principale ou cochercheuse, Dr. Grizenko a reçu plus de 66 subventions totalisant au-delà de 6 millions de dollars. Elle a dirigé 80 résidents en psychiatrie, étudiants en recherche médicale, étudiants à la maîtrise et au doctorat. Natalie Grizenko a publié plus de 80 articles et chapitres de monographies et elle est l’auteure de deux monographies
