Le laboratoire de Martin Lepage explore plusieurs dimensions interdépendantes de la schizophrénie à l’aide de diverses techniques cliniques, neurocognitives et scientifiques. Ces techniques incluent:

  • IRM et lRMf
  • Évaluations neuropsychologiques
  • Psychothérapie cognitivo-comportementale
  • Remédiation cognitive

Cette approche multidimensionnelle est basée sur le désir de mieux comprendre les symptômes négatifs et cognitifs qui caractérisent la schizophrénie (par ex. troubles de mémoire, anhédonie, faible insight) et de développer des programmes de recherche qui auront des applications pratiques.

Plus spécifiquement, le laboratoire étudie :

  • Les repères neurocognitifs et de neuroimagerie de la rémission dans le premier épisode psychotique
  • Les déterminants biologiques et psychologiques de l’insight en schizophrénie
  • La psychothérapie cognitivo-comportementale pour l’anxiété sociale et la psychose
  • La remédiation cognitive dans la schizophrénie
  • La neuroscience cognitive de la mémoire épisodique dans la schizophrénie
