2020-10-07 @ 11:00 EDT
Please join us on Wednesday October 7, 11 am for a CIC Imaging Series Lecture entitled “An Overview of Multivariate Analysis Methods in Neuroimaging”, by Aurélie Bussy, Lani Cupo, Elisa Guma, and Raihaan Patel. All four speakers are PhD candidates in the Integrated Program in Neuroscience (IPN) at McGill University, being supervised by Dr. Mallar Chakravarty in the CoBrA Lab. Raihaan Patel’s PhD involves the integration of multimodal MRI data to characterize the healthy aging process; Elisa Guma investigates how exposure to prenatal maternal immune activation, a known risk factor for psychiatric illnesses such as schizophrenia and autism spectrum disorder, affects offspring brain development in mice as a model species; Lani Cupo uses longitudinal magnetic resonance imaging to study the effects of gestational environments on neurodevelopment in mouse models; and Aurelie Bussy’s focus is on the investigation of the hippocampal subfields in healthy aging using volumetric, morphometric and quantitative MRI-derived measures.
