Study on Quality of Life at Work for ADHD
We invite you to participate in our research project. Its goal is to assess the effectiveness of an adapted psychosocial intervention to improve the quality of work life for workers living with ADHD.

We will compare two interventions (one individual and one group) to improve the quality of work life for workers living with ADHD.

Functioning
First, your eligibility will be determined by an online questionnaire. This questionnaire will be followed by a short telephone interview, during which we will answer all your questions.
If your eligibility is confirmed, you will be invited to participate in one of the two types of interventions (unfortunately, you will not be able to choose the type of intervention). The intervention will take place once a week for 8 weeks. The individual intervention will be conducted by phone for 15 minutes. The group intervention will take place online (via Zoom) for 60 minutes.
Additionally, we will ask you to complete questionnaires before and after the intervention.

Eligibility criteria
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be able to communicate in French
- Live with an ADHD-related issue
- Hold a job
- Want to improve your quality of work life
