Description of study

We are assessing a Virtual Reality Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) intervention that has been culturally adapted for Inuit in Quebec. Our goal is to determine if this intervention is feasible, and which benefits and challenges it brings to participants. Our VR-CBT intervention was designed in close cooperation with the Inuit in Quebec and responds to a need for resources that are easily accessible, and promote well-being in this community.
