A survey on young adults ‘carewashing’ experiences at school or work 

The SMART Lab invite you to complete a short, anonymous 15-minute survey. This survey includes questions about your sociodemographic characteristics, past exposure to carewashing, the quality of your current job, and your mental health.

Description of study

This research project examines the phenomenon of carewashing in educational and professional settings. Carewashing refers to the practices employed by certain organizations—often unintentionally—to promote their values of care toward their employees or students, which fail to produce the desired effect.

Functioning

You are invited to complete a short online questionnaire about your experience.

 

Eligibility criteria

  1. Be between the ages of 18 and 29
  2. Speak French or English
  3. Live in Quebec
