Revue Santé mentale au Québec is a scientific journal that appears twice a year. Its main objective is to make available to clinicians, managers and researchers new knowledge on mental health, mental disorders and on innovative clinical and social interventions, in addition to being an opinion forum on various topics of interest to the scientific community.
As part of a partnership between this journal and the Mental Health of Populations (SMP) axis of the Quebec Population Health Research Network (RRSPQ), we are soliciting proposals for scientific articles for a special issue on theme of "Quality of care in mental health". All themes related to this subject will be considered – including but not limited to: the different dimensions of quality of care (safety, accessibility, continuity, efficiency, "good practices", etc.); evidence-based practices in the promotion/prevention of services; clinical assessment, treatments or services, offered to all types of users with different mental health problems or concerning their loved ones or care providers, etc. All types of original articles on the quality of mental health care presenting research results or a literature review will be accepted. The SMP axis will cover the $500 publication fee required by the journal for its regular researcher and student members (if you are not yet a member of the network and the SMP axis, here is the procedure: https://santepop.qc.ca/fr/devenir-membre).
