Presentation Title
Reimagining the Biopsychosocial Model: What’s it Good For
Presentation abstract
Dr. Leytoon will present a novel biopsychosocial model and discuss how it might help us identify both individual factors and their interactions. Most of the studies have been conducted in young adults longitudinally followed since birth. PET studies suggest that the effects arise from brain regional epigenetic processes and prospectively identified changes to dopamine and glutamate receptors.
